Vidoly.ai Auto-Renewal Terms

Welcome to Vidoly.ai! These Terms aim to clarify your rights and obligations when subscribing to Vidoly.ai membership. By starting the subscription process and completing payment, you agree to the following auto-renewal terms. These Terms are a supplementary agreement to the Vidoly AI Terms of Service and have the same legal effect as the main Terms. If these Terms conflict with the main Terms, these Terms prevail.

1. Subscription Cycle and Auto-Renewal

Renewal Mechanism: All paid subscription plans of Vidoly.ai, including monthly and annual plans, are set to auto-renew by default.

Renewal Cycle: Unless you manually cancel before the current billing cycle ends, your subscription will be extended for the same duration as the initial subscription period.

Effective Time: The subscription takes effect immediately after successful payment. Vidoly.ai will update your account permissions and record your effective date and next billing date.

2. Payment Authorization and Deduction Process

Authorization Statement: Subscribing authorizes Vidoly.ai and cooperating third-party payment platforms to automatically charge the next-cycle subscription fee from your saved payment method.

Deduction Time: Auto-renewal charges usually occur within 24 hours before the current subscription cycle ends. Please keep sufficient balance in your payment account.

Billing Amount: The renewal amount follows the current plan price on Vidoly.ai on the renewal date, unless a long-term price lock or promotional discount applies.

3. Cancellation Policy

Operation Method: You can manually turn off auto-renewal at any time from Personal Settings - Subscription Management on Vidoly.ai.

Deadline: To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

Consequence of Cancellation: After turning off auto-renewal, you can continue using membership benefits until the current paid cycle ends. After expiration, your account status changes to expired or free tier.

4. Refund and Settlement Restrictions

Non-Refundable Statement: Because AI-generated products consume significant GPU resources, Vidoly.ai subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

Unused Quota: After cancellation, unused quota in the current cycle, such as generation time or points, will not be converted into cash or extended service time.

Exceptional Cases: Refund requests may be considered only when you cannot use the service because of a Vidoly.ai system failure verified by the technical team.

5. Price Adjustments and Service Changes

Price Notification: Vidoly.ai may adjust subscription prices. If the next-cycle price changes, we will notify you by email or in-app message at least 30 days in advance.

Default Acceptance: If you do not cancel before the cycle ends after receiving a price-change notice, you are deemed to accept renewal at the new price.

6. Data Storage and Account Status Handling

Data Retention: When your subscription status changes to expired or downgraded, project data generated during the paid period will be stored according to Vidoly.ai data retention policy.

Quota Reset: After successful auto-renewal, the system triggers credit refill logic to restore the quota for your subscription tier.

By starting the subscription process and completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all contents of these Terms and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Vidoly AI Terms of Service.
